Driver Quick Start

If your fleet administrator just set up your account, here's how to get started:

Get the App

Download PlacardPro from the Apple App Store on your iPhone.

/02 · ACTIVATE

Enter Your Code

Open the app and enter your mobile phone number. Enter the 6-digit activation code sent via SMS by your dispatcher.

/03 · SCAN

Scan Your BOL

Tap Scan BOL, photograph your Bill of Lading, and get instant compliance results.

/04 · DRIVE

Move the Load

Green verification means your paperwork passed the DOT 49 CFR check. Mount required placards and go.

Didn't receive your activation code? Ask your fleet administrator to resend it from the Driver Fleet tab in the console, or email support@placardpro.ai.

Get Licensed

Go to the Licensing tab in your console. Purchase driver seats at $9.99/driver/month.

/02 · ADD DRIVERS

Provision Drivers

Go to Driver Fleet and add drivers by name and mobile number. An SMS activation code is sent automatically.

/03 · MONITOR

Watch Live

The Dashboard shows every driver's scan status in real time as they verify BOLs at the dock.

Pull Reports

Use Report Builder to generate compliance reports. Export to PDF or CSV for safety reviews and audits.
